Concerning the Haute-Savoie, our department is outstanding for its high concentration of engineering activity and knowhow –  bar turning, cutting, sub-assembling, innovative materials, surface treatment, grinding, tool making… –  driven by the Arve valley, the world benchmark for bar turning.

30% of the department’s GDP comes from industry and the Haute-Savoie represents 65 % of French bar turning activity! It is therefore only natural that CCI Haute-Savoie wants to put forward this knowhow!

That is why the website www.soutraico.fr has been designed to improve awareness of the skills of our companies and to help OEM customers and subcontractors get in touch with each other via a qualified tool and an advanced multi-criteria search engine.
